SINE QUA NON FOUNDATION, a non-governmental organization dedicated to delivering public services and education programs across Nigeria. Our aim is to fill the gap in public services and quality-of-life facilities to help communities around the country.

Vision

Sine Qua Non is dedicated and motivated by a desire to help people with their most fundamental needs, such as access to quality healthcare, nutritious food, safe drinking water, healthy air, well-managed waste, and a safe place to live.

Mission

Sine Qua Non is committed to making life’s essential requirements available indiscriminately to people of all ages, colours, ethnicities, genders, social classes, disabilities and religions.

Focus Areas

To combat the multi-faceted problem of homelessness and housing instability, which disproportionately impacts our nation’s most vulnerable populations including the elderly and people with disabilities, Sine Qua Non will launch innovative programmes in collaboration with public and private entities.

On a national and state level, we will be an integral part of the housing programme’s conceptualisation, planning and budgeting processes. Initiating programs and allocating resources that benefit ordinary folks and their livelihoods shall be our primary priority.

Sine Qua Non will collaborate with public schools, community centres, youth groups, religious institutions and other local groups to provide after-school programmes, recreational athletic events, and youth empowerment initiatives that focus on public school education and extracurricular activities.

It is anticipated that this will be crucial in creating nurturing spaces for youth, where they may flourish academically, socially and personally by learning, growing, exploring hobbies and building self-confidence.

In the event of a disaster and/ or an economic challenge, Sine Qua Non shall provide humanitarian relief and means of recovery to the impacted community.

Implementation and management of the proposed program will be executed by partnering with a range of actors, including international organisations, national governments, local authorities, NGOs, civil society groups, volunteers and members of the affected communities themselves.

Sine Qua Non will continue to engage with our ever-responsive donors and passionate affiliates to provide assistance to senior citizen community-based agencies.

Our vision is to create a model where the ageing population is adequately looked after, promoting independence, and ensuring that seniors can age with dignity, security, and a good quality of life.
