In the event of a disaster and/ or an economic challenge, Sine Qua Non shall provide humanitarian relief and means of recovery to the impacted community.
Implementation and management of the proposed program will be executed by partnering with a range of actors, including international organisations, national governments, local authorities, NGOs, civil society groups, volunteers and members of the affected communities themselves.
